Job Description
The Assistant Safety Manager is responsible for overseeing the administration of the company Health and Safety Program (HSP) and contractual safety requirements to prevent and correct unsafe working conditions at the project(s) level.
- Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- + Provide company leadership and direction as it relates to all areas of safety and training.
- Preferred Education
- + Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Construction Mgmt, Civil Eng or related field
- Preferred Experience
- + 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry + Proficient in MS Office and Apple Operating Systems
- Preferred Certifications, Memberships and Licensures
- + Valid Driver's License + Construction Health Safety Technician (CHST) or
GSP PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment with extensive public contact and frequent interruptions.Physical:
