Human Resources Manager About the
Role:
Our client, a high-volume manufacturing facility seeking a motivated and detail-oriented EHS/Facility Supervisor . In this role, you will be the primary lead for developing and maintaining comprehensive Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) programs. Your goal is to ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a culture of safety and environmental protection.
What You Will Do:
Policy Development:
Create and implement EHS policies and programs aligned with corporate objectives.
Inspections & Audits:
Conduct regular safety inspections to identify hazards and lead various facility audits.
Incident Investigation:
Determine root causes of accidents and implement swift corrective actions.
Environmental Management:
Manage permitting, reporting, and waste management programs.
Training:
Conduct safety training for all employees and maintain up-to-date safety records.
Facility Oversight:
Manage company vehicles and conduct fire extinguisher inspections.
What We Are Looking For:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience:
Proven background in high-volume manufacturing with expertise in risk management, ergonomics, and industrial safety.
Regulatory Knowledge:
Strong working knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.
Software Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Certifications:
A Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation is highly desirable.
Core Skills:
