THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY

Reports to the General Manager. 4 Direct Reports. Ensure and maintain food safety systems. Lead the QA team. Conduct audits. Monitor and enforce good manufacturing practices. Review update and monitor operating procedures and the supporting documentation. Conduct employee training on food safety and quality improvement. Collect samples.

• Experience in Quality Assurance in the food industry.
• Degree in business - preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Software.
• Bilingual - Required.
