This position is based in Little Rock, Arkansas, and requires approximately 80% travel Monday through Friday . Most travel consists of day trips throughout Arkansas, with occasional overnight stays and limited travel into Missouri. You'll be home most weekends. The ideal candidate will have a strong construction background, excellent communication skills, and experience ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. What You'll Be Working On Projects include a variety of outdoor commercial and civil construction work such as: Dam and waterway infrastructure projects Roofing projects at state and public parks Park restroom and facility construction Asphalt and paving projects near lakes and recreational areas U.S. Army Corps of Engineers projects General commercial and civil construction projects Responsibilities Conduct jobsite safety inspections and audits Ensure compliance with OSHA, company, and project-specific safety requirements Monitor project quality standards and workmanship Prepare reports and documentation related to quality and safety performance Identify hazards and implement corrective actions Conduct safety meetings and training as needed Work closely with project managers, superintendents, and field personnel Travel to active jobsites throughout Arkansas and occasional Missouri locations Assist with maintaining project compliance and regulatory requirements Qualifications Minimum 4-5 years of construction experience required Experience in quality control, safety, field supervision, or project oversight preferred Strong understanding of commercial or civil construction practices Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety standards Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and travel extensively Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening Compensation & Benefits $80,000•100,000 annual salary based on experience Company vehicle provided Company gas card provided Home most weekends Stable, long-term projects throughout Arkansas Opportunity to work on unique infrastructure and public works projects Schedule Monday-Friday Typical work hours: 7:00 AM•4:00 PM Schedule may vary based on project needs Approximately 80% travel throughout Arkansas Occasional overnight stays during the work week If you have a strong construction background and are passionate about maintaining quality workmanship and safe jobsites, we encourage you to apply. #
