Direct Hire Position Company Benefits Growth Opportunity EHS Manager Details:
Direct Hire position $110,000.00 /annually First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm) The EH&S Safety Manager serves as the senior safety leader for the company's manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the environmental, health, and safety programs required to support a high-growth, high-tech production environment. This position is highly visible across all levels of the organization and requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to influence a diverse workforce. The EH&S Safety Manager will build the foundation of a "Safety Always" culture and later scale the EH&S function as operations expand.
EHS Manager Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field. 6+ years of EH&S leadership experience in manufacturing; semiconductor, solar, chemical, or high-tech environments strongly preferred.
Professional certification strongly preferred:
CSP, CIH, CHMM, or equivalent. Demonstrated experience managing EH&S programs in a fast-paced, scaling manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ADEQ, hazardous materials regulations, and environmental permitting. Proven ability to lead without direct authority and influence cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex safety topics to executives and frontline employees.
