Position Summary The Safety Representative / Manager is responsible for supporting and enforcing health and safety programs on assigned construction projects. This role ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while promoting a proactive safety culture across project teams. This full-time position will be based in Mesa, Arizona, supporting large-scale construction operations, with a strong preference for candidates with data center or mission-critical project experience.
Description / Responsibilities
  • Support implementation and enforcement of site-specific safety programs
  • Conduct jobsite inspections, audits, and hazard assessments
  • Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings
  • Ensure OSHA and company safety compliance
  • Assist with incident investigations and reporting
  • Maintain OSHA logs and safety documentation
  • Provide onboarding and safety training
  • Track certifications and training records
  • Develop Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
  • Ensure proper use of PPE
  • Collaborate with project teams and leadership
  • Promote a safety-first culture Qualifications / Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of construction safety experience
  • Experience on large-scale or data center projects preferred
  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • CPR / First Aid certification required
  • CHST certification preferred
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
