EHS Manager

Job Description An Insight Global customer is seeking an EHS Manager for a new manufacturing facility in North Phoenix. This person will be responsible for creating, implementing and continuously improving EHS programs to ensure that the facility is compliant with federal, state and local regulations and semiconductor manufacturing standards. This role is one of the first key roles being hired at this new facility so there is immense opportunity for upward mobility in the future. Overall this person will be responsible for creating a strong culture of safety including safe operations in cleanrooms, fabs and other facilities and overseeing the chemical and hazardous material programs. This role will operate full-time on-site at the new facility, including working out of construction trailers until the office is open in about 12 months. This is a full-time role and we can offer a salary between $130k and $170k plus bonuses and a generous benefits package. Exact compensation may vary based on education and experience. Experience with both construction safety and environmental permits including air, wastewater, dust, SPCC (spill prevention, control and countermeasure), special waste, etc.

SEMI ISO EPA DOT DOT OSHA

certification Safety certifications such as CSP , CIH and/or CHMM Experience with

ISO 14001 / ISO 45001
