Job Description
Job Description The EHS Manager is responsible for the collection of EHS data, review, and coordination of EHS related documentation, development of client / project specific pre-qualifications and plans as well as the performance of facility and work area audits. The EHS Manager performs training when required, mentors EHS Coordinators, Conducts / supports incident investigations utilizing the root cause analysis process. Additional support is provided for the company DOT and Safety Compliance Program.

- Will be overseeing 2 EHS Coordinators o Coordinators are responsible for conducting audits in the field
- the EHS Manager is making sure that they are doing what they are supposed to and scheduling out things
- Participates in the development and implementation of EHS policies and programs, safe work practices, EHS training programs, and drug testing policies
- Provides technical and administrative direction to EHS personnel. mentors, trains, and evaluates performance of EHS personnel
- Works with Project Managers and Regional Managers to develop EHS goals and written safety action plans to assist in achieving the goals of the business units

- management or lead EHS o Knowledge of DOT compliance
- Bachelors degree is preferred but not required
- CUSP or CHST certs preferred but not required
