$100,000 - $120,000 + BonusWe're a mechanical contractor that has been operating for the past 40 years in the greater Phoenix area with a team that includes several hundred employees. We support a wide range of mechanical construction and service work, including HVAC, plumbing, piping, and other complex mechanical systems for commercial, industrial, institutional, and public sector clients. Our projects span active construction sites, long term service contracts, and field environments where safety practices are essential to how we operate. We are seeking a Safety Manager who will oversee field safety operations, strengthen our safety programs, and ensure consistent compliance across all active project sites.

What You Will Be DoingLead safety efforts across construction and mechanical service projects, ensuring all field activities meet regulatory and internal safety standardsConduct jobsite inspections, hazard assessments, and safety audits to verify compliance and drive corrective actionsManage high risk work programs including confined space, fall protection, hot work, and equipment operation, ensuring proper permits and controls are in placeInvestigate incidents and near misses, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrenceDeliver safety training, toolbox talks, and onboarding instruction for field crews and subcontractorsWhat You Need for This PositionHands-on safety experience in construction, mechanical contracting, industrial environments, or similar high risk field operationsStrong knowledge of OSHA regulations, jobsite compliance, and field safety practicesExperience conducting inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigationsAbility to coach field teams, communicate clearly, and influence safe work behaviorsOSHA 30, CHST, CSP, or similar credentials preferred;
