About Us We are a professional services company specializing in cleanroom cleaning and controlled-environment maintenance . Our team supports complex industrial and manufacturing projects with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and compliance. We are currently seeking an experienced Site Safety Manager for an industrial plant site under construction in Queen Creek, AZ. Job Summary The Site Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring OSHA compliance, enforcing company safety policies, and creating a proactive safety culture on a fast-paced construction site. This role requires leadership, accountability, and a strong understanding of industrial and construction safety practices. Responsibilities Oversee daily site safety operations for an active industrial construction environment. Conduct routine safety audits, inspections, and hazard assessments. Ensure strict OSHA compliance and maintain accurate documentation. Deliver safety orientations, toolbox talks, and training sessions. Monitor subcontractors and internal teams for safe work practices. Investigate incidents, near-misses, and implement corrective actions. Partner with site leadership to drive a proactive, safety-first culture. Requirements
OSHA 510
certification (required) Experience in industrial, construction, or heavy-industry safety management. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction safety standards, and high-risk activity controls. Ability to work Monday-Saturday with occasional Sunday work. Self-starter with excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to maintain accountability while promoting a positive safety culture. Monitor compliance with OSHA, Workers' Comp. policies and EHS protocols. Manage incident investigations, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with project managers to ensure construction activities remain safe and compliant. Support schedule goals by integrating safety requirements into daily operations. Additional safety certifications (CSP, CHST, First Aid/CPR) are a plus. What We Offer Opportunity to lead safety operations on a major industrial project.
