Job Description

Job Description We are looking for a Safety Manager (Construction / Industrial) for an industrial EPC and MEP contractor supporting large‑scale energy and infrastructure projects. This role will lead onsite safety programs, enforce compliance standards, and partner with project and client teams to ensure a safe and compliant jobsite from mobilization through completion. DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and enforce site safety programs Conduct daily safety audits and inspections Lead toolbox talks and safety training sessions Ensure OSHA compliance and required reporting Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions Interface directly with client safety teams
Compensation:
$90,000 to $120,000. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. 5-10+ years of construction safety experience OSHA 30 certification required Experience on industrial or large‑scale construction projects Strong enforcement and field presence
Plusses:
