Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Corporate Safety Manager to champion safety initiatives across all company sites. This role involves developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive safety programs that promote a safe working environment, ensure regulatory compliance, and minimize risk. The ideal candidate will be energized by fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Duties Lead the development and execution of corporate safety policies aligned with
OSHA, NEC
(National Electrical Code), Workers' Compensation, and other relevant regulations. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections on construction sites and manufacturing facilities to identify hazards and ensure compliance with EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) standards. Manage risk assessments related to construction projects and ongoing operations, implementing mitigation strategies proactively. Oversee occupational health programs to promote employee well-being, including ergonomic assessments and injury prevention initiatives. Coordinate safety training sessions utilizing construction management software tools to ensure all personnel are knowledgeable about safety protocols. Investigate incidents, accidents, or near-misses thoroughly; prepare detailed reports and recommend corrective actions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of OSHA regulations, NEC codes, and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance across all sites. Skills Strong expertise in risk management principles within manufacturing or construction environments. Proven experience in occupational health program development and implementation. In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards, NEC codes, Workers' Compensation procedures, and compliance management. Demonstrated ability to manage construction projects safely from planning through execution with construction management experience. Proficiency in using construction management software for tracking safety metrics and documentation. Excellent communication skills for training staff and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ability to analyze complex safety data and develop actionable improvement plans. Join us as we prioritize safety at every level!
