About the Role As the Product Marketing Manager for Creators, you will be responsible for the global, end-to-end marketing of products that empower creators to take control of their growth by guiding them to adopt tools and best practices based on their journey. You will partner closely with the Community Experiences product team to bring innovative new features to market as well as drive adoption for existing Twitch products, developing a strategy that is based on the needs of the audience and bringing together a cross-functional team to execute that strategy. You will demonstrate a mastery of consumer insights and creativity to develop their strategy, bring together cross-functional stakeholders to execute on their plans, and will confidently align senior product leadership around those plans. You will understand market trends, the competitive landscape, and have experience leveraging those to positively drive consumer sentiment and adoption of features both in the short and long term. You will thrive in a fast-paced product development environment. You will report to the Senior Director of Product Marketing. You can work in San Francisco, CA; Irvine, CA; New York, NY; or Seattle, WA. The Marketing & Communications team at Twitch serves to authentically activate the Twitch community (and beyond) in ways that inform and inspire. Members of our team work across a range of areas including internal and external communications, content & partnerships, creative services, and marketing strategy.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements 4+ years of professional experience in a corporate or startup environment 2+ years in a marketing capacity at a technology company Experience partnering with and influencing Product Management, Research & Analytics, Comms, and senior executives Fluency with data, including forecasting and partnership with analytics and campaign owners to surface insights, and a track record of grounding all consumer marketing in data & audience insights Project management skills, with experience working with and executing marketing strategy
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
