Job Description:

Quest Event Management is seeking an experienced and highlyqualified Private Patrol Operator (PPO) Qualified Manager to join our team. This role requires a professionally licensed Security Guard with a deep understanding of the security industry in California, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all security operations, ensuring compliance with state regulations. Coordinate with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions. Ensure all staff are trained and certified in accordance with California law. Manage administrative functions, including compliance reporting.

Applicant Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 6,000 hours of experience in the state of California, with at least 4,000 hours of compensated work as a patrolman, guard, or watchman. At least 2 years of work experience including 1 year and 2,000 hours in a managerial or administrative position with a licensed and current Private Patrol Operator in California. Comprehensive knowledge of California's security regulations and industry best practices. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
