Job Description:
Snap-on Tools is seeking a dynamic and experienced EHS Manager to lead and elevate environmental, health, and safety programs within our manufacturing operations in City of Industry, CA. In this high-impact role, you will drive a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to reduce risk and support operational excellence. You'll lead initiatives focused on hazard identification, incident prevention, environmental compliance, and continuous improvement-while serving as the site's subject matter expert for all EHS matters. This is an exciting opportunity for a safety professional who thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment and wants to make a visible impact on employee safety, sustainability, and business performance.
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, Occupational Safety, related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of progressive EHS experience in manufacturing Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and regulatory compliance Proven leadership in safety programs, audits, incident investigations and a proactive approach.
