A88527A Responsibilities The transparency team sits at the intersection of a diverse set of internal teams such as data science, product, legal, government relations, and communications and is the function that organizes and drives progress against this complex but critically important topic. As a Program Manager on the Transparency team within Regulatory Risk and Project Management, your role is to support external understanding of our safety-related efforts. TikTok has a suite of tools to do this both qualitatively and quantitatively- such as press articles, engagements with governments and regulatory bodies, compliance and voluntary reports, and data sharing programs.
Responsibilities:
Improve and manage TikTok's data ecosystems. Translate regulator requests into actionable data insights. Develop and refine standard operating procedures for ongoing data maintenance. Create production roadmaps for new disclosures and metrics. Coordinate requirements technical and non-technical teams and prioritizing requests. Overseeing data quality assurance programs and developing clear success metrics.Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
Deep experience developing and coordinating large scale and technical projects or products across multiple partner teams. Able to collaborate to stakeholders across many layers of the business; ability to translate between technical and non-technical teams and executives. Solid understanding of emerging online safety issues and a passion for creating solutions and preventive measures for tackling them. Team player who is able to drive performance while fostering a collaborative and fun work environment.Preferred Qualification:
