Safety Manager

Job Description The Safety Manager owns safety compliance, incident governance, and risk mitigation across NVIDIA's Project Sweeping autonomous vehicle operations. This role ensures all field activities meet NVIDIA-defined safety standards and applicable regulatory requirements, with a focus on prevention, incident response, and continuous improvement across a multi-location AV program. • Develop, maintain, and enforce safety policies aligned with

NVIDIA AV

safety standards and regulatory requirements

• Monitor safety KPIs, incident trends, and near-miss data across all operating locations
• Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis (RCA), and corrective action plans
• Oversee driver qualification standards, defensive driving requirements, and safety training programs
• Partner with Driver Coordinators and field leadership to reinforce day-to-day safety adherence
• Provide safety reporting and insights for weekly operational reviews and
• Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
• Identify systemic safety risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies
