Safety & Security Oversight Manager

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) Minimum 8-10 years of safety leadership experience on large civil, transportation, or infrastructure construction projects Strong working knowledge of OSHA/Cal-OSHA regulations and construction safety standards Experience managing safety programs for multi-contractor or joint venture projects Proven experience conducting incident investigations and regulatory reporting Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work full-time on site in Selma, CA Experience on rail, transit, or high-speed rail projects Knowledge of FRA, CPUC, and transportation-related safety requirements Professional certifications such as CSP, ASP, CHST, or equivalent Experience developing and managing project security programs
