Regional Safety Manager

Regional Safety Manager - Construction Arvada, CO | Onsite | Permanent We're hiring a Regional Safety Manager to support one of Colorado's top General Contractors. This role leads districtwide safety efforts, partners closely with operations, and helps build a strong, proactive safety culture across jobsites. What You'll Do Lead field and office safety efforts, including orientations, JHAs, audits, and jobsite walks Coach teams, correct hazards, and support incident and near‑miss investigations Oversee safety training programs, new hire training, and ongoing improvements Partner with preconstruction and procurement to identify risk and evaluate trade partners Manage compliance, OSHA reporting, claims support, and safety metrics Support continuous improvement through committees, technology, and best practices What We're Looking For Required 10+ years of safety management experience Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred) Working knowledge of OSHA and applicable safety regulations Incident management experience and ability to visit active jobsites Preferred Safety certifications (CSP, CHST, CRIS, OSHA 500, CIT) Competent Person training (fall protection, scaffolding, rigging) Compensation & Benefits $140,000-$160,000 base salary Company vehicle + gas card Full benefits package
