Denver, CO Salary:
$145,000-$155,000/year + 10% Bonus Are you passionate about building a culture where safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement thrive? We're looking for an experienced EHS Director to lead environmental, health, and safety initiatives, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive programs that protect our employees, our community, and our future. In this leadership role, you'll oversee all aspects of EHS strategy, compliance, training, risk management, sustainability efforts, and safety programs. You'll partner with leaders across the organization to identify opportunities, reduce risk, improve processes, and create a workplace where safety is everyone's responsibility. What You'll Do:
Lead company-wide environmental, health, and safety programs Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions Manage EHS training, new hire orientation, and safety committee activities Oversee permits, waste management, industrial hygiene, and ergonomics programs Drive sustainability initiatives and track key environmental metrics Partner with leadership on continuous improvement and capital projects Manage workers' compensation programs and EHS budgets Champion safety culture, 5S initiatives, and employee engagement What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of EHS leadership experience in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food, chemical, or similar manufacturing environments Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, safety programs, and environmental management CSP, ASP, or progress toward certification preferred Experience with sustainability initiatives and carbon footprint reduction Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and help shape the future of workplace safety and environmental responsibility, we'd love to hear from you.
