Collaborates with healthcare providers, administrators, and other stakeholders to promote a culture of safety. Prepares and presents reports on patient safety metrics, compliance, and outcomes to leadership. Evaluates the effectiveness of patient safety interventions through data analysis and feedback. Engages with external organizations and agencies to stay current on patient safety trends and best practices. Conducts thorough assessments of current patient safety practices and identifies areas for improvement.

- Experience in clinical operations and/or experience working in performance improvement or quality management areas. [Preferred]
- Experience in meeting and project improvement facilitation.

Pay Range:
