June 17, 2026 Summary Manages and coordinates the operational and training activities of custodial staff. Responsible for the planning, scheduling, and supervising of custodial employees. Interviews, hires, and evaluates custodial personnel. Ensures compliance with cleanliness and safety of department standards. Evaluates the use of new cleaning products and equipment. Manages the use of district facilities for daycare locations, product vendors, and gym floor refinishing. Purchases all products needed for custodial operations. Creates and manages the Custodial Department budget, as well as manages the inventory operation. Creates SOPs and manages all environmental testing throughout the district involving water testing, surface testing, and air quality testing relating to managing mold and asbestos records in accordance with AHERA policy. Responsible for SDS Compliance and the district's Chemical Hygiene Plan (for custodial use, as well as partnering with the district learning services department for school chemicals). Perform special projects as needed for the department.
