Job Description

We have two factories in Connecticut, one in Indiana and one in Florida.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced EHS Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our environmental, health, and safety programs. The EHS Manager will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting a strong safety culture, reducing risk, and driving continuous improvement across all operational areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS programs and policies in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, DOT). Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments; identify and mitigate potential hazards. Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures, emergency response, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to EHS performance and compliance. Serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies and manage permits, reporting, and inspections. Collaborate with leadership to integrate EHS into operational and strategic decisions. Foster a safety-first culture through engagement, communication, and recognition programs.
Travel Requirement:
This role requires travel to company sites, client locations, and regulatory meetings as needed. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
