As the Construction Project Safety Manager, you will serve as a vital link between field operations and corporate leadership, ensuring every team member returns home safely. This role requires a proactive leader capable of fostering a culture of accountability and compliance.

Lead the implementation of the corporate Safety & Health Program in close coordination with the project Superintendent.Site Inspections:
Conduct daily visual and formal written jobsite inspections, including JHA reviews and environmental control monitoring.Personnel Training:
Manage site-specific safety orientations for all new employees and lead weekly safety talks to ensure ongoing compliance.Emergency Planning:
Develop site-specific emergency plans and coordinate with local fire departments, medical clinics, and emergency services.Regulatory Reporting:
Complete monthly safety reports covering fire extinguishers, GFCI inspections, trenching, and confined space permits. #randstadengineering The essential functions of this role include:working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week qualifications: Experience level: ManagerMinimum 15 years of experienceEducation:
