Job Description:

Recruit new potential drivers through various job sites (Indeed, Paycor Recruiting, etc.). Interview potential drivers that are qualified with previous experience (3 years CDL and 2 years "P" endorsement). Complete drug and alcohol tests on new drivers and random drivers from random consortium, per DOT guidelines. Perform road tests on new potential drivers and as needed for driver training. Complete orientations for new drivers and prepare driver qualification files per DOT guidelines. Review logs for accuracy and record start and end times on ELD log sheet. Conduct one-on-one meetings with drivers that need additional training on logs, safety practices, or our 'Pillars of Success' guidelines Random spot checks for proper pre-trip and post-trip procedures. Complete quarterly safety inspections of all vehicles. (Triangles, fire extinguisher, safety window stickers, and safety videos) Review cameras if needed for safety concerns•. Complete any incident paperwork, when necessary, from accidents. Investigate cause and correction. Report to Lancer insurance if required. Provide video content on weekly basis for every driver to review and complete feedback. Keep drivers focused on our "Every BODY is Counting on Me" and "I Always Drive Safely" mottos.
