  • Own the budget, keep expenses in check, report monthly financials, and find ways to grow the bottom line. Be in the Action
  • Whether it's walking the docks, helping a guest tie up, or supporting a team member, you're hands-on and lead from the front. Fill the Slips
  • Keep occupancy up through proactive leasing, contract renewals, and building a strong reputation with cruising groups and the local boating community. Prioritize Safety
  • Ensure full compliance with safety, fuel, and environmental standards. Conduct dock walks, fuel inspections, and maintain readiness for audits. Stay Connected

  • Budgets, reports, forecasting—you understand what makes a business profitable. ✔ You're Hands-On & Ready to Roll
  • You don't just sit in an office—you're out on the docks, jumping in wherever needed. ✔ You Know the Industry
  • Experience in marina operations, hospitality, or property management is a big plus. ✔ You Communicate Like a Pro
  • Whether it's talking with a guest or breaking down financials for leadership, you're clear and confident.
What You'll Need to Succeed 3+ years of marina, hospitality, or property management leadership. Hands-on experience with fuel dock operations, environmental compliance, and pump equipment. Strong financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, invoicing). Familiarity with marina management software (like Dockwa, Sharper MMS, etc.). Experience managing lease renewals, slip contracts, and occupancy strategy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams). Willingness to work flexible hours—including weekends and holidays. Why Latitude Marinas? Your office is on the water, enough said. Be part of a tight-knit, fun, passionate crew. We invest in leadership growth and career paths. You'll directly shape the guest experience and financial success of your marina. Ready to Apply?
