Job Description

Company Overview Crystal Mover Services, Inc. (CMSI) is a dedicated Operations and Maintenance (O&M) organization that specializes in supporting automated people mover systems. Established through strategic partnerships with leading industry players, CMSI is committed to delivering reliable and seamless maintenance services to ensure the safety and efficiency of transit operations. Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Supervisor to lead our safety initiatives across multiple locations. In this vital role, you will oversee all aspects of environmental health and safety compliance, develop training programs, and foster a culture of safety excellence. Your expertise will help protect our team members, the environment, and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS policies aligned with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across facilities to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions Lead incident investigations using root cause analysis techniques to determine underlying issues and prevent recurrence Provide training on first aid, CPR, OSHA standards, occupational health practices, and emergency response procedures Ensure compliance with workers' compensation law requirements and manage related reporting processes Prepare detailed reports on safety performance, incident trends, and corrective actions for management review Promote a strong safety culture through ongoing communication, training & development initiatives, and employee engagement Requirements Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial environments with a focus on environmental health and safety management Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA standards, workers' compensation law, and occupational health practices Certifications in first aid, CPR, OSHA safety training, and EHS management are highly preferred Demonstrated ability to conduct report writing, root cause analysis, and develop effective training programs Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead training sessions and collaborate across teams Ability to perform physical inspections requiring standing, walking, climbing ladders or scaffolding as needed A proactive mindset with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively Join us in creating a safer work environment where safety is at the forefront of everything we do!
Pay:
$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
