Job Description

We are seeking an EHS Manager to lead safety, environmental, facilities, and fleet-related initiatives across our dealership operations. This role supports Parts, Service, Power Systems, and all other areas of the organization to ensure a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment.
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations
  • Lead safety training and promote a strong safety culture
  • Oversee environmental programs, including waste management, spill prevention, and contamination control
  • Support facility management, fleet administration, and vendor compliance activities
  • Manage contractor compliance programs, including Avetta and customer site requirements
  • Develop and maintain safety, environmental, and operational reporting metrics
Qualifications:
  • Experience in safety, environmental, operations, facilities, fleet, or related industrial functions
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety programs
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Experience in power generation, heavy equipment, construction, industrial, or service operations preferred
  • OSHA certifications, CSP, CHMM, or related certifications preferred
  • Contamination Control certification a plus
Work Environment:
Combination of office, shop, and field work with periodic travel between company locations and customer sites.
