Job Description
We are seeking an EHS Manager to lead safety, environmental, facilities, and fleet-related initiatives across our dealership operations. This role supports Parts, Service, Power Systems, and all other areas of the organization to ensure a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment.
Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards
Conduct audits, inspections, and incident investigations
Lead safety training and promote a strong safety culture
Oversee environmental programs, including waste management, spill prevention, and contamination control
Support facility management, fleet administration, and vendor compliance activities
Manage contractor compliance programs, including Avetta and customer site requirements
Develop and maintain safety, environmental, and operational reporting metrics
Qualifications:
Experience in safety, environmental, operations, facilities, fleet, or related industrial functions
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety programs
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Experience in power generation, heavy equipment, construction, industrial, or service operations preferred
OSHA certifications, CSP, CHMM, or related certifications preferred
Contamination Control certification a plus
Work Environment:
Combination of office, shop, and field work with periodic travel between company locations and customer sites.
