What You'll Do as a Construction Safety Manager You'll lead safety where it matters most: in the field. This role is hands-on, people-focused, and critical to protecting our crews and strengthening our jobsite culture every day. As a Construction Safety Manager, you'll: Lead field safety operations across multiple project sites. Audit jobsites, investigate incidents, and drive corrective actions. Support Superintendents, Foremen, and crews as a hands-on safety leader. Enforce Corporate Safety & Health Programs and regulatory compliance. Manage safety training, certifications, orientations, and documentation. Develop site-specific safety plans and lead regulatory inspections. Deliver equipment and jobsite safety training as needed. Report safety performance and trends to the Director of Safety.
