AB_4951009 We are seeking a Safety Manager to lead our workplace safety program. In this role, you will be the driving force behind safety compliance, training, and risk mitigation, championing a proactive, safety-first culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Compliance & Audits:
Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and laws (e.g., OSHA). Stay updated on changing legislation and communicate updates internally.
Risk & Investigations:
Conduct regular risk assessments. Lead comprehensive accident investigations, identify root causes, and manage regulatory reporting.
Training & Policy:
Author and implement safety policies and procedures. Design and deliver impactful safety training and development programs.
Personnel Management:
Oversee safety team recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance/benefits management. Qualifications Bachelor's in Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field. 3-5 years of safety management experience. Certifications are a plus. Excellent communication and training skills to effectively influence employee behaviors.

This requires staying updated on new regulations and effectively communicating changes within the organization Foster a culture of safety.
