AB_4951009 We are seeking a Safety Manager to lead our workplace safety program. In this role, you will be the driving force behind safety compliance, training, and risk mitigation, championing a proactive, safety-first culture across the organization. Key Responsibilities Compliance & Audits:
Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and laws (e.g., OSHA). Stay updated on changing legislation and communicate updates internally. Risk & Investigations:
Conduct regular risk assessments. Lead comprehensive accident investigations, identify root causes, and manage regulatory reporting. Training & Policy:
Author and implement safety policies and procedures. Design and deliver impactful safety training and development programs. Personnel Management:
Oversee safety team recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance/benefits management. Qualifications Bachelor's in Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field. 3-5 years of safety management experience. Certifications are a plus. Excellent communication and training skills to effectively influence employee behaviors. salary:

Certifications in HR and Safety are a plus Previous work experience (3-5 years) on human resources and safety management is essential, with a strong understanding of HR and safety regulations and practices Excellent communication skills are necessary for training employees and collaborating with various departments to promote safety Ensure the organization complies with all relevant HR and safety regulations and laws. This requires staying updated on new regulations and effectively communicating changes within the organization Foster a culture of safety.
