We are committed to safety, compliance, and operational excellence, and we are looking for an experienced Safety Manager to lead our Safety Department and help drive continuous improvement across our fleet. The Safety Manager will oversee all safety and compliance operations, ensure adherence to FMCSA and DOT regulations, manage safety personnel, and work closely with Operations, Fleet, and Leadership teams to maintain the highest safety standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Safety Department Ensure compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and company policies Monitor driver qualification, onboarding, and training processes Oversee ELD, HOS, and compliance monitoring programs Investigate accidents, claims, violations, and safety incidents Develop and implement safety initiatives and corrective action plans Conduct audits and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with Dispatch, Fleet, Maintenance, and Management teams Maintain accurate compliance and safety records Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in trucking safety or compliance management Strong knowledge of FMCSA and DOT regulations Experience with ELD systems and Hours of Service compliance Leadership and team management experience Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities English proficiency required Russian or Ukrainian language skills are a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation Stable, growing company environment Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive leadership team Long-term career development
