Responsibilities Manage daily restaurant operations, including shift scheduling, staff supervision, and ensuring high standards of service. Oversee food preparation and presentation to guarantee quality and consistency across all menu items. Handle inventory control, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste. Train and develop staff members through ongoing coaching, performance reviews, and skill enhancement initiatives. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting. Lead customer service efforts by addressing guest concerns promptly and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Skills Proven management experience in quick service or fast food restaurants, with strong leadership skills. Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management. Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transactions and reporting. Experience in inventory control, budgeting, and food safety practices within the food industry. Strong communication skills for team training, interviewing candidates, and fostering a positive work environment. Ability to supervise multiple shifts effectively while maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer service. Background in fine dining or casual dining environments is a plus; experience with catering or banquet services is advantageous.
