  • Develop, implement, and manage site-specific safety programs across active construction projects Conduct regular jobsite inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards Lead incident investigations and prepare detailed reports with corrective action tracking Coordinate and deliver safety training, orientations, and toolbox talks for field teams and subcontractors Enforce OSHA standards and applicable federal, state, and local safety regulations Review worksite activities to identify hazards and implement corrective or preventive measures Collaborate with superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors to integrate safety into daily operations Maintain safety documentation including logs, reports, and compliance records Monitor subcontractor safety performance and ensure adherence to site requirements Support pre-task planning and high-risk activity planning processes Participate in project planning meetings to provide safety input on sequencing and logistics Oversee emergency response procedures and ensure readiness across job sites Conduct root cause analysis for near misses and safety incidents Maintain familiarity with construction operations including demolition, structural work, and interior buildouts Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, or related field 5+ years of construction safety experience in field-based environments OSHA 30 certification A bit about us:•Our client is a well-established construction firm with a long-standing reputation for delivering complex, high-quality building projects across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, institutional, residential, and historic renovation.
