Full-Time | Exempt Position Overview Webster Cantrell Youth Advocacy is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Safe@Home Safety Manager to join our Intact Family Services team. This position plays a critical role in supporting children and families through the development and oversight of in-home safety plans designed to maintain family stability and child safety. The Safe@Home Safety Manager works closely with families, community providers, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure effective service coordination, crisis response, and ongoing support within a trauma-informed environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage in-home impending danger safety plans for families. Collaborate with Intact Family Services staff, community providers, and multidisciplinary teams. Provide direct in-home safety services and ongoing family support. Monitor safety plan effectiveness and communicate updates regularly. Arrange and coordinate safety service provider coverage as needed. Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and required reports. Attend team meetings, court hearings, trainings, and other assigned functions. Uphold strict confidentiality standards and professional ethics. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field required; MSW preferred. Safe@Home specialty certification or ability to obtain certification. Experience in child welfare, family services, or related human services field preferred. Knowledge of trauma-informed care practices. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and respond effectively in high-stress situations. Valid Illinois driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required. Ability to pass required background checks.
