Ensures compliance, maintains safe working conditions, and supports production through facility management. Key Responsibilities EHS Develop and manage EHS programs (OSHA, EPA compliance) Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations Lead safety training and emergency preparedness Manage workers' comp and near-miss tracking Oversee PPE and environmental compliance (air, water, waste) Facilities Oversee maintenance, repairs, and daily operations Manage facility upgrades, capital projects, and vendors Coordinate HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security Develop preventive maintenance programs Sustainability Lead waste reduction and environmental initiatives Track and report sustainability metrics Leadership Lead EHS/facilities staff Partner with production and leadership teams Serve as contact for regulatory agencies Qualifications Bachelor's in Environmental, Engineering, Facilities, or related 3+ years in EHS/facilities in manufacturing Strong
