1st ShiftProject Scope The Safety Manager will support an excavating contractor performing site grading and site utility work for a large-scale Holder data center project in Mount Prospect, IL. This role is responsible for overseeing and enforcing comprehensive safety programs across multiple subcontractors and work scopes.The position requires a strong field presence to ensure compliance with site-specific safety plans, client requirements, and applicable regulatory standards. The Safety Manager will play a key role in planning and managing high-risk activities, supporting craft training initiatives, and maintaining accurate safety documentation.
This is a long-term contract opportunity suited for a safety professional experienced in heavy civil or excavation environments with exposure to data center or large commercial construction projects.
Qualifications CHST certification
