This position is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing all aspects of the company's health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with OSHA, ANSI, NATE, carrier-specific requirements, and customer safety standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing Safety programs and procedures and documenting processes with the organization. Responsible for the quality control audits of all installation and repair work ensuring safety compliance as outlined by company and OSHA directives. Reviews potential subcontractors safety policies, procedures, and safety performance Ensure the Safety Plan is understood and implemented by all Project Managers and subcontractors. Conduct accident investigations and incident reports as needed. Develops and conducts employee safety and health training programs Conducts detailed site safety and health inspections Manages project security contracts, programs and policies Writes detailed injury/illness reports Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations
Job Requirements:
5+ years of previous experience as a Safety Manager within cell site deployments Strong knowledge of OSHA Federal Regulations, state and local safety regulations, policies and procedures Must be fully proficient MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines Prior experience producing reports and developing relevant policies Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment Excellent organizational and motivational skills Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to travel outside of
