Responsibilities We are seeking a bilingual (Russian and English) Trucking Safety Coordinator to support our clients with daily compliance tasks, driver onboarding, and document management Communicate with clients and drivers in Russian and English Review driver applications and maintain Driver Qualification Files (DQFs) Track expirations (CDLs, medical cards, MVRs, etc.) and request updated documents Coordinate Clearinghouse registrations and drug/alcohol testing Monitor safety records (inspections, violations, crashes) and document updates Help prepare for DOT audits and respond to safety-related inquiries Update internal systems and ensure tasks are completed on time Collaborate with our Safety, Legal, and Client Support teams Day shift (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST) This role may occasionally require you to travel to another state to help prepare for an audit and it will last for 1-2 days (during weekdays only) after you've been with us for a while (6 months and up) We conduct a two-day training trial, which is unpaid Benefits All expenses such as food, gas or plane tickets will be covered by the company You ll be eligible for Paid Time Off (paid leaves) once you reach your third month The following holidays are PAID day off once you reach your third month: Memorial Day (Last Monday of May) Labor Day (First Monday of September) Paid time off salary: $20 - $21 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 4
