Safety Manager Salary:

Safety Manager :
  • Implement and manage site-wide safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, LOTO, reporting)
  • Lead incident investigations and drive corrective/preventative actions
  • Monitor safety performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
  • Oversee safety training, procedures, and policy implementation
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategic safety initiatives
  • Advise employees and leadership on risk reduction and safety best practices Qualifications for the
Safety Manager :
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related science field
  • 5+ years of safety experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations
