Safety Manager Salary:

Safety Manager :
- Implement and manage site-wide safety programs and ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, LOTO, reporting)
- Lead incident investigations and drive corrective/preventative actions
- Monitor safety performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities
- Oversee safety training, procedures, and policy implementation
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategic safety initiatives
- Advise employees and leadership on risk reduction and safety best practices Qualifications for the
Safety Manager :
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related science field
- 5+ years of safety experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local safety regulations
