Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our System Operations Admin team in the role of Advisor-Workplace Violence Programs . The Advisor-Workplace Violence Programs is responsible for the strategic oversight, implementation, and continuous improvement of workplace violence prevention and mitigation programs across IU Health. Leads initiatives, such as SafeZone and other system-wide safety programs, designed to mitigate the risk of workplace violence and ensure a proactive, coordinated approach. Partners closely with public safety, clinical leadership, human resources, legal, and operations to support a culture of safety, ensure regulatory compliance, and deploy best practices in violence prevention across a complex healthcare environment.

Vice President-Chief Security and Resiliency Candidate Qualifications Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience is required. Master's Degree is preferred. Requires 7-10 years of relevant experience. Requires experience managing physical security systems, including access control hardware & software and video surveillance. Requires experience managing programs or initiatives across multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment. Requires technical expertise in safety application deployment, management, and use. Experience with safety technology platforms (e.g., SafeZone or similar systems) is preferred. Certification in security, safety, or risk management is preferred.
