Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Are you an experienced safety manager? The Safety Manager near Indianapolis, IN supports specific project needs by ensuring best practices are implemented, safety compliance requirements are met, and enhance a culture of safety. Oversee all aspects of the commercial construction project within the pharmaceutical facility ensuring OSHA compliance Conduct daily safety meetings Complete accident reports and conduct accident investigations Daily safety audits and inspections Oversee all subcontractors and contractors Write job hazard analysis (JHA) and health & safety plans (HASP)

Qualifications:

Minimum 7+ years direct construction safety experience required Active BCSP certification required OSHA 510 and or

OSHA 500

required Degree in a safety field is highly preferred Advanced knowledge pharmaceutical safety protocols Advanced knowledge of construction safety standards Great verbal and written communication Ability to coach and mentor in all facets of the construction safety process Proficient Microsoft Office skills
