Safety Manager Job Description We are seeking an experienced Safety Manager to develop and enforce site safety programs. The role involves conducting daily safety audits, talks, and training while ensuring OSHA compliance. You will also investigate incidents, implement corrective actions, and interface with the client safety team. Responsibilities Develop and enforce comprehensive site safety programs. Conduct daily safety audits and safety talks. Deliver safety training sessions to ensure team compliance. Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and manage reporting processes. Investigate incidents and implement necessary corrective actions. Collaborate with client safety teams to maintain safety standards. Essential Skills OSHA 30 certification Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety management Proficiency in construction site safety protocols Strong capability in safety enforcement Additional Skills & Qualifications Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST) certification is a plus Experience in industrial or large-scale projects Work Environment This role involves working on some of the largest industrial projects, with Canadian Solar being a top client. The position is based in Jeffersonville, IN, and may require travel across the US. During travel, expenses will be covered or a stipend provided, and flights home twice a month are offered. The role involves significant physical activity, including walking up to 20,000 steps a day. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Jeffersonville, KY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr. 15 days PTO plus 5 sick days 3% 401k Health, vision, dental Workplace Type This is a fully onsite position in Jeffersonville,KY.
