Cenveo is a leading North American manufacturer of envelopes with over 100 years of experience and approximately 30 billion envelopes manufactured annually. We are hiring immediately for an experienced Safety Supervisor for our facility in Chicopee, MA.

Pay Range:

65- 75K depending on experienbce / relevant skills for the role. The schedule is Monday - Friday and will include some Saturdays during busy season / as production needs dictate. Job Summary:

The Safety Supervisor oversees all plant safety programs and ensures the facility operates in a safe, compliant, and well-maintained condition. This role leads safety initiatives, supports regulatory compliance, manages facility maintenance activities, and partners closely with production leadership to promote a strong safety culture across the envelope manufacturing operation. Availability to respond to facility and/or safety matter outside standard hours. Primary Duties and Responsibilities (•Essential Functions) These are functions a qualified incumbent or applicant must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation. Oversee daily safety activities and support the implementation of safety programs/policies. Conduct inspections, audits, and hazard assessments to identify and mitigate risks. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and internal safety standards. Lead and support incident investigations, including root cause analysis/corrective actions. Facilitate safety training, onboarding, and ongoing communication (e.g., toolbox talks). Track, monitor, and report safety metrics, corrective actions, and compliance records. Promote PPE compliance and reinforce safe work behaviors on the production floor. Partner with leadership to drive continuous safety improvement and a strong safety culture. Coordinate emergency response procedures and drills Other (Non-Essential) Functions The duties listed are typical for this role but may be reassigned to other employees as a reasonable accommodation under the ADA. Other duties and assignments as required. Requirements Job Requirements 5+ years in safety (manufacturing preferred). Strong knowledge of OSHA and industrial safety practices. Experience with facility systems is preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Safety certifications (OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR) preferred. Detail-oriented with a strong safety mindset. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Effective communicator and collaborator. Proactive in identifying and resolving hazards or facility issues.
