Schedule:

Full time, 40 hours/week Pyramid Healthcare is a national leader in behavioral healthcare, and we are thrilled to announce the opening of our new residential treatment facility in Concord, MA ! This center will provide high-quality care for adults with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. We are currently on the lookout for Full-Time Transportation Supervisor to join our team and support daily operations, ensuring reliable and compassionate transportation for our clients. Our Drivers often serve as the first point of face-to-face contact for individuals entering treatment, making this a truly meaningful and rewarding role! Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:

Orientation, training, and scheduling of drivers. Staff the Transportation Department, including the selection, orientation, training, and scheduling of employees; supervise drivers. Complete all required reports associated with the Transportation Department. Receive transportation calls/inquiries. Attend meetings as required. Model appropriate driver skills to other drivers. Ability to respond to emergency situations. Ability to work independently. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. of force, if necessary. Other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience:

REQUIRED

Valid Driver's License

REQUIRED

High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:
