Job Description

As Senior Manager, Product Quality & Safety, you will play a critical role in protecting our customers and our brand. You will lead quality assurance and product safety programs across multiple categories, partnering cross-functionally to ensure products meet regulatory requirements, company standards, and customer expectations. This is a highly visible leadership role with meaningful influence across the product lifecycle.
What you will be doing:
- Lead the design, implementation, and governance of product quality and safety programs across assigned product categories
- Establish and oversee product testing protocols, inspection processes, and risk assessments aligned to regulatory standards
- Drive root-cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues, safety incidents, and recalls
- Partner cross-functionally with Merchandising, Product Engineering, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Legal
- Develop quality and safety KPIs and present insights to senior leadership
- Manage vendor performance and ongoing compliance

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- 8+ years of experience in product quality, compliance, or product safety
- 3+ years of people management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Six Sigma, ASQ, or other quality certifications
- Experience with global suppliers and recalls
