Kanzaki has an opening for an Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager . Job Summary At Kanzaki, safety is more than compliance—it is a fundamental value. This position is responsible for managing all of Kanzaki's environmental, health, and safety programs, and reports to the Company's President & CEO. Kanzaki's EHS Manager is responsible for: spearheading the development, administration, and continuous improvement of all environmental, health, and safety programs and practices throughout the company; advising executive leadership and management on technical and regulatory issues; consulting with all departments to ensure a safe and compliant working environment; ensuring compliance with local, state and federal Safety regulations and requirements; managing the EHS team, and leading the Safety Committee and Emergency Response Team; drafting, updating, and communicating safety and environmental policies; and driving a work culture where safety remains the absolute top priority.

The successful candidate must have:

at least a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Safety, Environmental, Industrial Hygiene, Science, or Engineering) or equivalent combination of education and experience; 5 years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing context; experience developing and leading safety initiatives and improvements; strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DEP and other applicable environmental and safety regulations; ability to walk and climb stairs in a manufacturing environment; ability to read written and computer screen data; and ability to handle employee health and personal information with confidentiality and discretion.
