Safety Engineer

Urgent Hire!! Safety Engineer - Construction (Confidential Client) I'm working with a growing construction company that's looking to bring on a Safety Engineer to support safety across multiple active projects. This person will work closely with field teams and leadership to keep jobsites compliant, reduce risk, and continue building a strong safety culture. What you'll be doing: Overseeing safety programs and ensuring OSHA/environmental compliance Visiting jobsites, running audits/inspections, and addressing hazards Leading incident investigations and tracking corrective actions Managing safety documentation, OSHA logs, and reporting Supporting PMs/supers with day-to-day safety needs Running orientations, toolbox talks, and ongoing training Monitoring subs and making sure site safety plans are followed Tracking safety metrics and helping improve overall performance What they're looking for: 2+ years in construction safety (commercial is a plus) Solid knowledge of OSHA and general safety regs Comfortable being in the field and working across multiple sites Strong communicator who can work with both field teams and leadership OSHA 30 required;
