OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification The Opportunity You will serve as a pivotal field leader, managing daily Concrete Cutting & Coring, GPR Scanning and Firestop operations while establishing a gold standard for site safety. This dual-focused role gives you the autonomy to drive project execution and mentor field crews in a high-growth environment. You will have a direct impact on project quality and team development within a company that actively rewards self-starters. How You Will Make an Impact Direct daily commercial concrete cutting & coring, GPR scanning, firestop operations to ensure projects meet strict specifications. Enforce rigorous on-site safety protocols and compliance measures in alignment with OSHA guidelines. Supervise and mentor field crews to foster professional growth and instill pride in workmanship. Coordinate daily project schedules and material logistics to maintain efficient field timelines. Monitor real-time construction quality and step in to correct deficiencies before they impact budgets. Maintain clear communication between field personnel and executive leadership regarding project milestones. Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience within the commercial concrete cutting & coring, GPR scanning, firestop field Proven ability to manage field operations, interpret blueprints, and handle site logistics. Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification with a strong track record of safety enforcement. Demonstrated self-starter mentality with the desire to grow into higher organizational roles. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Prior experience conducting formal safety stand-downs or tool-box talks for trade crews.
