Safety Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular safety audits and jobsite inspections across multiple project locations
• Develop, implement, and maintain company safety policies and OSHA compliance programs
• Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and new hire safety orientations
• Investigate incidents and near misses, documenting findings and corrective actions
• Maintain safety documentation, reporting, and regulatory compliance records
• Partner with management to continuously improve overall safety performance
• Provide coaching and training to field staff to reinforce safe work practices

Qualifications:

• ASP or CHST certification required
• 2+ years of safety experience in commercial roofing or construction preferred
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and roofing-specific safety practices
• Valid OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain promptly)
• Ability to travel to job sites regularly
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• CPR/First Aid certifications preferred

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
