Weekly Schedule:

Day shift, 50 Hours a week. Mon-Fri (weekends as needed) Project Scope The construction safety manager will oversee the safety for a General Contractor on Commercial Warehouse build. Installation of Cold Storage Facilities.

Qualifications Must have:

OSHA 500 or 510 5+ years of Construction Safety Management BCSP preferred Key Responsibilities Conduct project safety inspections and employee orientations Monitor OSHA compliance Upload documentation into Procore Daily safety reports Track workforce safety compliance Maintain safety logs and compliance records Fall protection enforcement (CRITICAL priority) Provide safety training as needed Monitor worksite employees and enforce safety protocols Review and manage safety-related documentation and contractor correspondence Perform additional EHS-related tasks as required They expect the safety person to help shape the safety program.

SkillsKnowledge Skills:

Excellent public speaking and communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team OSHA outreach training experience (preferred) Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Knowledge:
